"Activation of My Card"
The process for card design and getting approval was pretty good, though a tad clunky. The shipping and creation of the card went as I expected, and I was kept in the loop. However, my first time using the card and trying to access the correct profile was a nightmare. I had to reach out to second-level support, and honestly, as a paying customer, I thought this should’ve been sorted out before they sent me the card. Thankfully, Evangeline Cruz came to the rescue. I reached out to support on a Saturday night, and by Sunday—Super Bowl Sunday, no less—I had emails waiting for me. She worked with me tirelessly until we got everything sorted. For that, I’d give her 15 out of 10 stars! Overall, the experience was about a 3 because of the hiccups. I’m looking forward to using the app more and interacting with it. Overall, I’m satisfied, just need a bit more attention next time.

"Alicia Brown is amazing"
I’m sharing this because we really appreciate our rep, Alicia Brown. She’s super responsive and even shares her personal cell number. Just last night, she helped me out while she was on the train heading home and took care of my issue from there! The product is fantastic, but like anything, there are other options. Alicia is the reason we keep returning to Mobilo.

Regardless of the tech or item, it’s all about having awesome folks behind it. Without them, you got nothing. We really dig the ease, appearance, and vibe of the Mobilo product. It was Sean’s professionalism and involvement that clinched the deal for us. His focus on detail and a customer-first approach gives you confidence that you’re teaming up with the right partner (not just a vendor). I’d definitely suggest Mobilo for your digital card needs.

"Oh No!"
The support from customer service is really lacking and there's zero communication among the reps. I ordered two cards back in September 2022, and here we are in January 2023 with no sign of them. The reps messed up my address, so the first shipment got sent back. I reached out five more times with the correct address, but guess what? The package got sent back again, another five times! Honestly, how many times do I have to give my address before it gets fixed? At this point, it feels like a waste of both money and time. I just want my refund, please.

"Mobilo is a Game Changer!"
For the past two years, I've been using Mobilo cards, and let me tell you, it’s totally transformed how professional my organization appears. Plus, we’re making a positive impact on the environment by cutting down on paper business cards. The NFC tap tech is just fantastic; it makes sharing our info with others a breeze. Honestly, it’s been a real game changer.
Big shout out to Sean Samson at Mobilo! He’s been super helpful in making sure our members get their cards fast and that any issues we have are sorted out right away. We really appreciate your support, Sean, and we couldn’t have achieved this level of success without you and the Mobilo crew.
The Mobilo app is pretty awesome too, and they keep rolling out new features that are super useful. I can do so much more with the app, especially with the analytics that help track engagement from one event to the next.
We’ve ordered over 50 cards so far and plan to keep ordering more as we bring new members on board.

"AWFUL, ATROCIOUS, THE ABSOLUTE WORST Support Experience"
I've been trying to get in touch with the support crew for days now. The customer service here is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. I've gotten 3 automated replies asking for "more info," which I've already sent three times! I've been stuck on the customer chat for 5 hours! Three hours back, they told me "a support agent will be with you shortly"... and I'm still here waiting for someone to help me out. Just terrible. Absolutely atrocious.

We collaborated with Sean Samson from beginning to end, and he was there for us all the way. Sean was always on hand to assist with any requests, whether they were minor or major; he was right by our side. The design phase was straightforward, and the design crew was super patient, offering us several options even though we ultimately went with their initial idea. I would definitely suggest teaming up with Sean and his crew!

"Fantastic Product Experience"
After a lot of digging into various options that promised similar outcomes, I finally settled on Mobilo. I went for a custom card featuring my logo, made of metal, along with a keychain and button.
In under a day, I received an email from them showcasing the artwork for the card, and they asked for my go-ahead to proceed with printing.
I gave the thumbs up since it looked spot on, and just two days later, it arrived at my doorstep.
Setting everything up was super easy, and it functioned flawlessly right from the start, needing hardly any setup.
Their customer support team was top-notch, addressing all my queries and concerns in an hour or less during regular business hours.
All in all, I can't recommend them highly enough.

The customer support here is absolutely stellar! They transformed my previous 1-star review into a glowing 5-star experience with their excellent service and follow-up.
I won’t bore you with the nitty-gritty of my problems, but the outcome was that the team really listened, took my concerns seriously, and worked to resolve everything, leaving me quite pleased. They truly went the extra mile, and honestly, that’s what matters most.
No business is flawless, but if the crew can tackle issues with such impressive customer care, that’s a solid 5 stars in my book!
After trying out the platform, I can say it’s definitely a keeper! I’m really digging the lead generation feature along with the automation. This service is worth a look and a shot. I checked out a bunch of companies, and this one really caught my eye!

"Outstanding Customer Support Experience"
The support I got was absolutely fantastic. I made my custom design order on the 19th and was pleasantly surprised to receive it just 4 days later.
This was meant to be a Christmas present for my wife. After I uploaded my design, they let me know that the resolution of my file wasn’t top-notch, so they couldn’t guarantee how it would look once printed.
I took the chance, and honestly, they were fretting over nothing. It turned out perfect, just as I envisioned.
It showed up on the 22nd, well ahead of Christmas. I’m honestly in disbelief.
I can’t say enough good things about their service. These wonderful folks replied promptly to every email I sent. They made it happen and truly impressed me.

"Exceptional Service from Mobilo"
The customer support at Mobilo is truly remarkable. I needed to adjust my design because of a logo update. They were really proactive about it. When my card arrived, I had some queries. I shot off an email at 9 pm and received a reply in just 5 minutes. Nowadays, it feels like customer service is going downhill, but not with these folks!

This button is a must-have! The Mobilo button I stuck on the back of my phone is hands down the best buy I've ever made. It not only impresses folks (90% of them wanna know where to snag one), but I also don’t have to lug around business cards or stress about misplacing them!
